It is a cosy and nice place, a wannabe Italian place, but actually gives a geniuine Brussels family owned restaurand kind of place. In any case, the food is good, the staff friendly and accomodating and the prices are fair, a good value-for-money. I recommend visiting it, you will feel homey even, if you are alone and not so close to home.

Wondered into this place. Glad that we did. Pizza was excellent. Prices reasonable by Brussels standards (the reason we ate here was the Doubletree hotel restaurant wanted $30+ for a hamburger). Would recommend Il Colosseo to anyone. Also had the citrus sorbet which was extremely tart and tasty. Without wine can stay under 15 euros per person.
Clean restaurant. The food looks good and the pasta tastes good too, it’s more on the plain side, so you will have to like that. The staff is nice. And the prices are very accessible! Not far away from the shopping street and Inno shopping mall. If you’re in for quick Italian food, this can be on your list. They also have clean toilets btw.
Authentic Italian restaurant, run by Italians and with happy Italians eating inside. Don't be put off by the size of the restaurant, the food is excellent and the atmosphere too. I had the Carnivor pizza which was different to my usual Pepperoni in UK but really tasty. NB tap water is not served so be prepared to pay for all drinks but again don't let that out you off. Highly recommended eaterie
Friendly staff. Excellent service. Delicious starters & pasta dishes with fresh ingredients. Didn't have pizza, but the pasta dishes were to our liking.
For pizzas, we ordered Colloseo (recommended), swapped the ham out with chicken as the ham contains pork, and also ordered caprese (not sure how to spell it). When they came, the pizzas were piping hot and the cheese could be pulled! The crusts were even crispy all the way! For pasta, we were recommended the 4 cheese pasta which tasted really good too! I would suggest to eat the pasta while it's hot as it gets abit sticky and gelat when it cools down. Overall, it was an amazing meal with very reasonable price and good quality! We will come back again!
Hidden gem with great food! Some reviews wrote about cash only so I wasn’t sure but, they take credit card and we had no issue at all.
